The Daimler brand was used on all 60’s to 90’s Jaguars to denote a more prestigious brand to that of a standard Jaguar. This included different styling appointments and a more luxurious interior including a special ‘fluted’ grill.
Elegant and spacious, Darcy is a top of the line 1987 Daimler whom wafts you away in comfort with his powerful and smooth 5.3 litre V12 engine and 3 speed Automatic gearbox able to reach double the legal speed limit with ease. He features Jaguars famously comfortable independent suspension, like floating along the road in a fabulous old English leather armchair. He is fully air-conditioned and is able to seat 3 passengers in comfort with the option of a 4th passenger if needed – 5 people max in total.
Darcy is a great vehicle as a Wedding Car, Formal Car or just great for lapping up the miles on the weekends in style.

You are collecting the car from the owner's home. As many of our owners work, pick up time is strictly 8 am. Late arrival may result in the car not being available and no refund will be due.

Important – On collecting the vehicle, please ensure that you have sufficient funds on your credit card to cover the insurance excess you have chosen. We hold that amount against your card for the duration of the hire as a security deposit. If there are not sufficient funds, the hire cannot go ahead and no refund will be due.
